Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and bulbs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Allium flower bulbs
  • Crocus flower bulbs
  • Daffodil flower bulbs
  • Grass plugs
  • All live plants including:
    • Cacti and succulents
    • Milkweed (Asclepias)
    • Hummingbird mint (Agastache)
    • Other perennials

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must not be on our non-returnable list above

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions if approved (typically within 2 business days)
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our address at:

  5. Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
