While we carefully select and package every order of our drought-tolerant plants, deer-resistant varieties, and eco-friendly landscaping options, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants and bulbs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products: Allium flower bulbs, Crocus flower bulbs, Daffodil flower bulbs, Grass plugs, and all live plants including cacti and succulents, milkweed, hummingbird mint, and other perennials.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must not be on our non-returnable list above

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions if approved
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our address at 344 Thrash Trail, Wills Point, TX 75169, USA
  5. Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or a description of the incorrect item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
