Product Questions

What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in drought-tolerant, water-wise plants perfect for sustainable landscaping. Our collection includes deer-resistant plants, high elevation varieties, desert landscaping plants, alternative lawns, and numerous flower bulbs like daffodils and crocus.
Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! Many of our plants like yarrow, coneflower, and blanket flower are low-maintenance and perfect for beginners. We also provide detailed planting instructions with every order.
Do you offer plants that attract pollinators?
Yes! Our hummingbird mint (Agastache) and milkweed (Asclepias) are specially loved by pollinators. Many of our other flowering plants also support local ecosystems.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We use specially designed plant packaging that protects roots and foliage while allowing air circulation. Bulbs are carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions with plant import restrictions. Please check with local authorities about plant import regulations before ordering.
What if I’m not home when my plants arrive?
Most carriers will leave packages in a safe place. In extreme weather, we recommend having your shipment sent to your workplace or arranging for a neighbor to receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment information.
Do you store my credit card information?
No, we never store complete credit card information on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If any plant doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We’ll happily replace them at no extra cost.
Can I exchange a plant for a different variety?
Yes! We understand gardening plans change. Contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll help arrange an exchange (shipping fees may apply).
